Surface preparations followed by “Semi-Gloss” top coat paint applications to the Colourbond capping & Downpipes.
Surface preparations followed by “Low Sheen” top coat paint applications to the Fascia Boards.
Surface preparations followed by “Flat” top coat paint applications to the Eave’s to match existing colour
Surface preparations followed by “Low Sheen” top coat paint applications to the ExternalWalls, Balcony Parapet Walls, Balcony Metal Feature Railings, Balcony Slab Edges, Front Retaining Wall, Balcony & Entry Soffits
Sanding preparations, spot prime & water based “Enamel” top coat paint applications to the Stairway Entry Doors & Frames (single faces)
Surface preparations followed by “Semi-Gloss” top coat paint applications to the Garage Door Frames
Obtain spray stencils and re-apply spray finished Numbered garage door identifications

- Works were undertaken between 7.30am till 4.30pm Monday to Saturday
- A designated area for the EWP equipment onsite for the duration of the works was organised
- The program allowed for a colour change to occur to the nominated surfaces
