On this project Stocklands had a very active carpark pedestrian entry that needed a makeover. The project scope was to re-new the failed spray pave as well and re-paint the whole entry, walls, bollards, soffit, metal railing and yellow kerbing, we also needed to remove and re-install compliant stainless steel Tactiles at the project completion.
The challenge on this project was that Stocklands needed to maintain access at all times throughout the works as the entry serviced a Lift, accessible walkway and a carpark.
For the past 3 years we have exclusively used Craftwork Project Management for our interior and exterior surfaces. In that time we have been extremely happy with their clean, friendly and professional approach to our projects. Being a busy hotel Craftwork painters have worked closely with us in relation to rooms availability, painting requirements and technical expertise. There knowledge of hotel requirements has been a benefit to our operation, as they fully understand our business and therefore our requirements when it comes to guest, staff and time line requests. We are totally happy with all aspects of Craftwork, from there on site visits, product selection, to substrate preparation, final coat, too the signing off on the completed project and would recommend them to any business.
