Any damage to carpet is very obvious and also can be an accident hazard.
We often try and repair any existing damage by patching the affected area. We tackle any carpet repair including faulty carpet joins, water damage, re-stretching, stain removal, tears, fuzzing and any other carpet issues.
If the carpet can not be repaired our carpet layers can replace the carpet making sure every details meets Australian industry standards.
For the past 3 years we have exclusively used Craftwork Project Management for our interior and exterior surfaces. In that time we have been extremely happy with their clean, friendly and professional approach to our projects. Being a busy hotel Craftwork painters have worked closely with us in relation to rooms availability, painting requirements and technical expertise. There knowledge of hotel requirements has been a benefit to our operation, as they fully understand our business and therefore our requirements when it comes to guest, staff and time line requests. We are totally happy with all aspects of Craftwork, from there on site visits, product selection, to substrate preparation, final coat, too the signing off on the completed project and would recommend them to any business.
